One of the most satisfying things for a fishing guide is repeat business, not for the business so much as for the implicit complement, and the knowledge that you've done something right. When Susan Bell first fished with us she was a beginner curious about the sport and willing to learn, fishing with her boyfriend, Tom Bell, and her last name was different. On her recent return trip she was more experienced, just as willing to learn, and taken Tom's name in marriage!
Altamont Anglers guide Teo Whitlock took Tom, Susan and her niece, Chloe Barrett, over to the West Fork Pigeon River for a refresher course and some fall trout fishing on October 19, 2006. Here's Chloe with a nice rainbow (click the image for a larger view)....
