Ben Williams is a musician from Baton Rouge, LA who knows how to entertain himself when the band is on the road: before a show, he goes fly fishing. Such were the circumstances when he discovered that his Cajun music show, scheduled to perform at Brevard College, put him in close proximity to some of our better trout fishing. A quick call to Altamont Anglers the day before flying out of New Orleans had Ben hooked up with a guide for the next morning. Nothing focuses the mind for an evening performance like stalking wild trout, and nothing builds confidence like catching them!
