There's a long and healthy tradition in America of father's and their son's spending time together in the great outdoors, and Asheville attorney Sean Devereux recently confirmed the value of the father/son fishing trip. Sean's son, Jack, was expressing an interest in fly fishing so Sean hired Altamont Anglers' guide Teo Whitlock for a day of instruction on the water for April 10, 2007. Teo targeted one of our favorite Delayed Harvest streams, the West Fork of the Pigeon River, and we can only conclude that Sean and Jack were paying attention to his instructions when they landed this "double" (click the image for a larger view)...

Of course, in the competitive world of fathers and sons, it's always nice when sons catch the big one with the braggin' rights (click to enlarge)
