Mike and Karen McBee just completed their annual Spring foray upon the waters of Western North Carolina and East Tennessee, fishing a couple of days with their guide, Altamont Anglers own Teo Whitlock. On day one they terrorized the trout on the South Holston river where, among the many caught and released, was that fine brown trout on the left.
They've been with us many times (like this time and this time, and this timefor instance) and always seem to have a blast, as reflected in this message from Karen:
"Teo, your streamside cooking has kicked the "Total Experience" up a notch!! Your guiding is always superb.....the hot lunches (ribs and burgers) were awesome. Now.... that secret, dark, ingredient in the bar-b-q sauce---what could it be..."
