Ted Slovik found a perfect way to end the year 2005: he went fishing! Ted was guided by Altamont Anglers fly fishing guide Forrest Marshall, who picked him up early on the morning of December 30 at the Biltmore Inn in Asheville, NC and headed for the North Mills River. The early start served them well, as the got first shots at the better water, ahead of other anglers with the same idea for capping their year. Ted has ample experience with bass fishing, but made the most of the fly fishing instruction provided by Forrest, as is evident in these photos.
