September 22, 2008 proved to be an exceptional day: during a 3-hour period during the afternoon, from about 3:30 to 6:30, Forrest Marshall and Teo Whitlock traded casts, each hooking up on one or two casts and passing the rod after landing a trout. It's not necessarily exceptional to find fish in a "grabby" mood and catch them on every other cast, but it is exceptional to catch so many big fish in such short order!
